MILWAUKEE -- A new television ad and website launched today by Barrett for Wisconsin highlights the record amounts of out-of-state cash Scott Walker has raised from his band of extreme billionaires. For months, Walker has tried to hide his far-flung fundraising trips from the public, but new information shows how Scott Walker has been looking out for himself at the expense of Wisconsin families.
"Scott Walker billed his act with an empty promise to create job for Wisconsinites," said Barrett for Wisconsin Communications Director Phil Walzak. "But in his very first set, Walker revealed that he sold out to extreme, out-of-state handlers. While Wisconsin has lost more jobs than any other state, Walker has played gigs across the country in front of far-right special interest groups that don't share our Wisconsin values. On June 5th, the people of Wisconsin will give Walker a sold-out show at polling locations across the state to bid him and his hardcore band farewell. There will be no encore for his performance."
